Exercise Tiger: This
website is dedicated to the tragedy of Exercise Tiger, and to Ken
Small. Ken tirelessly campaigned to recover a 32 ton Sherman tank lost
in the exercise, later recovered from the sea bed and now displayed at
Slapton Sands in memory of all the American servicemen who tragically
lost their lives

Mole: Ferrea Mole is a site devoted to Italian post war
tanks and historic military vehicles. Many photographs.

Iron: offers some great detail photos of the
restoration of White Motor Company M3 halftrack and a Ford GPW jeep.
Firelands
Museum: The museum was started in the 1990's by Richard
Rench, a former Ohio State Trooper and Ohio State Representative, a
long-time collector of military equipment. He was assisted by his son
Thomas E. Rench, M.D., a doctor now working in Akron, Ohio. The museum
has grown from its start of a single Korean war jeep to its present
size of over 40 pieces of military history. Military equipment from
WWII, the Korean War, and the Vietnam war is on display and is used for
parades

King Tiger tank: development history and photos
GMC CCKW:
This bilingual (English/Dutch) site gives information on the history
and technical background of GMC trucks of the CCKW-type, built from
1941 to 1945. The site includes a database of the more than 180
miniatures and shows my own collection.
